Disabling Services

Disabling Services

From time to time, due to violations of fraud within our Terms & Conditions, The GATE Index may restrict access to a partner’s or affiliate’s account. This can happen for a number of reasons including, but not limited to, high risk of fraud. When this happens, partners or affiliates retain full use of their digital currency wallets even though deposit/withdrawal services are disabled. Additionally, any funds remaining in wallets can be withdrawn to a verified bank account.
